I purchased 4 tickets for a family member as a Christmas present. The venue was great. The lady who opened the performances was boring, I have to say. She had no stage presence and I didn't even know her songs. I felt so embarrassed for her, I could hear the audience talk while she was performing. Sevy, on the other hand, was pretty awesome, I'll admit. However, I wish I didn't have to wait an hour to see her. The overall concert started late and then the break between the opener and Sevy took forever. My guest, who I took to this event as a Christmas gift, wanted to leave because she was taking so long.
